By confirming a reservation at Royal Bintan Heritage, guests agree to comply with the property’s policies and house rules.

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Rates are subject to change without prior notice unless a booking has been confirmed.

Guests are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking. The property reserves the right to cancel reservations in cases of incorrect or incomplete details.

Royal Bintan Heritage shall not be held responsible for loss, damage, or injury resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural events or third-party services.

Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay.

Management reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay without refund if house rules are violated.
